Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MISA pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-price, unworn, and unwashed merchandise within 21 days of the original ship date. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label; a return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all designer tags attached and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
